Luckily, she’s on the med and ready to talk about all the lessons she’s learned. Or maybe that there doesn’t always have to be a lesson.
Then, she chats with Michelle Young Long, creator of “The Practice for Women” a blend of yoga, personal development, self-love, and community. Michelle has the kind of self awareness that comes from years of listening to herself and a sense of authenticity that’s contagious.
