Episode 10: Becoming a Yoga Traveler with Olivia Sacks

This week, Rebecca talks about falling on her butt, literally, and how a bruised tailbone affected her yoga practice.

Then, she chats with Olivia Sacks, a Surgical Resident and yogi. They talk about her long time love of Ashtanga Yoga, and how she finds time to practice even in an 80 hour work schedule.  Olivia says of her yoga practice, “Yoga is just the center of me at this point, its the way I find myself and exist within myself and also the way I’ve learned to love every one and everything, it’s built a compassion in me that is now such an important part of my life.” If you want to nerd out about yoga and remember the wonder and beauty of the yoga practice, listen to this episode!

Olivia mentions loving the classes at Boston Yoga Union. Check them out here
