Then, she talks to Melanie Green, co-owner and director of Berkeley Yoga Center. Melanie teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa and has been practicing and teaching for over 30 years. She lives her life according to the principals in the yoga sutras, because as she says, “the way that I teach and the way I am in the world are the same. “ This interview is a must listen if you’re interested in living your yoga off the mat- Melanie shares how to look at things like parenting, studio ownership, and teaching through a yogic lens.
