Then, she sits down with Bekah Andrew, a yoga instructor, rock climbing enthusiast and menstrual cycle educator. Her course, Period Power, teaches people how thrive throughout monthly hormone shifts. Rebecca and Bekah talk about the best way to approach each phase of the cycle, the pros and cons of different birth control methods and how Bekah healed herself from years of UTI’s.
