Episode 17: Yoga as a Counterpose to Life with Katharine Otis

This week, Rebecca gets into her hatred of the phrase, “the way you do one thing is the way you do everything” and some of the the other ways “big wellness” make us feel bad about ourselves.

Then, she talks to Katharine Otis, an amazing yoga teacher/actor turned 24/7 preschool teacher to her sweet son, Elliot. They talk about the way that motherhood and the pandemic has brought them to a crossroads, and Katharine shares wisdom on how to be comfortable with uncertainty.  She also talks about finding pockets of time to practice and the way our yoga can be the counterpose to our lives.
